PARTNER DIVISION

As the Adirondack Fitness Challenge continues to grow and evolve, we constantly seek new ways to engage our community, challenge participants, and honor the competitive spirit that defines us. This year, we're thrilled to introduce a fresh, dynamic dimension to our competition – the Partner Division!

Why the Partner Division?

We've heard your feedback loud and clear. While the demand for participation in our challenge has never been higher, we understand that not everyone fits into the existing individual division categories. And here's the thing – I've always been a bit skeptical about adding another individual division, particularly an intermediate one.

But we also understand that many dedicated athletes out there are looking for their moment to shine, to test their mettle, and to experience the unique atmosphere of the Adirondack Fitness Challenge. That's why we're introducing the Partner Division – a way to include more athletes, foster teamwork, and add a new layer of strategy and camaraderie to the competition.

Partner Division STANDARDS

Our Partner Division is designed for same-sex pairs who are ready to push each other to new heights. While it will feature slightly fewer workouts than our individual divisions, don't be mistaken – it will test your endurance, strength, and teamwork.

Before signing up, we encourage potential participants to ensure they meet certain standards to make the most of their experience and compete safely. Here's where you'll need to assess your abilities:

  • 5+ Unbroken Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

  • 10+ Unbroken Pull-ups

  • 5+ Unbroken Toes-to-Bar

  • Double Unders

  • Wall-Balls (14/20)

  • Box Jumps (20/24)

  • Deadlifts for reps (185/275)

  • Cleans (125/185) (singles or touch and go)

  • Snatch (85/135) (singles or touch and go)

  • DB Snatch (35/50)

This division will be a bit less expensive than the individual ones, making it accessible to more athletes while maintaining the high-quality competition experience you've come to expect from us.
